Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Add the shredded chicken, 3/4 cup of Monterey Jack cheese, and 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses on top, followed by the blue cheese crumbles if using.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve warm with your favorite dippers.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for easier blending. Pre-cooked rotisserie chicken works perfectly. Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated for up to 24 hours before baking.
