Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the shredded chicken, 3/4 cup of Monterey Jack cheese, and 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses on top, followed by the blue cheese crumbles if using.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve warm with your favorite dippers.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for easier blending. Pre-cooked rotisserie chicken works perfectly. Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated for up to 24 hours before baking.
