- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, 3/4 cup of the cheddar cheese, and blue cheese crumbles if using. Mix gently until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese over the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese on top is melted and lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve immediately with your favorite dippers.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for maximum flavor and convenience. Adjust spiciness by starting with 1/4 cup buffalo sauce for milder heat. Can be assembled up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerated before baking.
