- Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides occasionally to ensure everything blends evenly.
- For a softer sorbet, serve immediately. For a firmer texture, transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 30-60 minutes before serving.
- Scoop into bowls and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Enjoy immediately!
